Once payment is received. It can occasionally come sooner or take longer. Generally it takes
48 hours for USA Orders
72 hours (3 days) for Canadian Orders
96 hours ( 4 days) for Australian, New Zealand and South American Orders
120 hours (5 days) European countries, Asia and Middle East

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ONCE I RECEIVE IT?

NO! All orders are fully paid before we parcel them and register them for delivery. Once we confirm payments for your order, we shall proceed with the packaging and delivery registration at the supposed courier and will provide you with a Tracking number of your Parcel for you to see how your parcel arrives you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

We ship from several locations and it is completely normal for orders to arrive in a few different packages. If you have only received part of your order and 5 weekdays has passed, please let us know at that time.

WILL YOU DELIVER TO MY DOORSTEP IF AM OUT OF THE USA?

Yes, for both notional and international deliveries, all are door to door delivery. The courier agents will arrive with your parcel at your Country, state or city and proceed with the door to door delivery to clients. So no matter your location, your parcel will be delivered to your door or the exact address your provided us with.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR MONEY BACK OR REFUND POLICY

If your package does not arrive within 6 days of payment, write to us and we will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to our error, We will resend or give you a refund. If the package was delivered, We will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and We have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to a customer giving a faulty address there will be no refund.
